BROKER'S ADVISORY: LATE FILES

Hello Everyone :)

I hope that you're having a great day and that your holiday weekend was
memorable....

We have been receiving a number of late files over the past two weeks. Please
refer to the Broker Policy Manual for late fees- they are VERY high....

Please understand--- I CANNOT waive late fees. The 5 day rule is not mine, it is
the Commissioner's Rule and there is a requirement that we either have a fine
system in place when files are not turned in within enough time to be reviewed
within 5 days or we sever. My goodness, I don't want to sever anyone!!

EVERY file must be turned in. Recently someone said "I didn't turn that
paperwork in because it's an exclusive listing." ANYTHING with KWEV on it is
required to be reviewed by the Broker within 5 days. All builder, rental
agreements, exclusive listings, etc...

Just so you know, the Department is very unforgiving on late files, they have
been known to levy heavy fines, suspend licenses, etc... I don't want that to
happen to any of you. Please, turn your paperwork in on time.
