Hello :)
Two important requirements related to websites that are becoming problematic:
1. Any licensee who advertises via website must have the brokerage identifier "Keller Williams Realty East Valley" in the top left-hand corner of every web page.
2. Recent changes to the Realtor Code of Ethics forbids the use of confusing meta tags, i.e. using Keller Williams when they really work for West USA. And, it is imperative that when selecting website addresses you check the ADRE list of company names to make sure there is no conflict. A licensee cannot have the name of a duly licensed real estate brokerage in their website address unless it is their own. Not checking may cause you to have to replace signs and other costly collateral material.
Have a fabulous day!!
Blessings,
Heidi :)
