I hope this note finds you all well- having had a fabulous day!

 

Yesterday I had a call from Karen Murray at Engle Homes. Karen had seen our BLOG and called me with some updated information that I promised to pass on to you. Engle Homes is still open for business at the following subdivisions:

 

1. Sierra Verde

2. Layton Lakes

3. Verado

4. Blossom Hills

5. Trada del Oro

6. Sabolla Vista

7. Estella Mountain Ranch

and

8. D.C. Ranch

 

Karen tells me that the closing of the other communities last week was not related to the re-organization plan, but to a JV with sunbelt.

 

That being said, I asked Karen what assurance our buyer would have relative to earnest money security and she said that the builder is willing to place it in an escrow account at title.
