I hope the weekend went for everyone. I have received feedback that things are picking up out there. I have even heard of multiple offers on property which we have not seen much of in a long time! Just keep going forward and doing the activities that will generate business.
Remember what Oliver Wendell Holmes said "The greatest thing in this world is not so much where we are, but in what direction we are moving." Don't focus on the economy, the news, the negative talk all around us, but focus on where you want to end up.
I am currently putting together a monthly forum where we can interview successful agents in our community and learn from their success and challenges. People who produce outstanding results do specific things to create those results and we need to learn from them. If you have any ideas or suggestions of agents you would like to have us interview, please pass on their names to me. I would like this to be an opportunity to invite agents from other offices to join us as well. Any support, ideas, or suggestions would be appreciated. I will update you on the venue as soon as I get it planned out.
