FW: Short sale Q&A's

Hi there,

If you didn't attend the Partner's Meeting today - you missed a great discussion on short sales. Our very own Ed Maddox, David Redding and Jim Boad all shared their expertise and Kelly Johnson from Land Title gave her knowledgeable perspective as well - it was riveting! Among some of the excellent information, was a list of questions and answers that come to us from ARMLS as far as what is and isn't required with a short sale MLS listing. You might find this information helpful (especially when dealing with agents from other companies that don't want to follow the rules).

Hang in there - the forecast says we might be at least half way through the market correction! The best thing we can all do is to have the best, most accurate information so our clients can be well-represented!
