The Latest MLS Graphs and Real Estate Related Articles from Kyle Rice with First American Title

I have attached this week’s up-to-date MLS Inventory Graphs. As you can see, we currently have 10.1 months worth of inventory in Active Listings in MLS.  This is up from last week, when it was 9.8 months. 

 

The Southeast Valley is currently carrying an inventory of 8.7 months. This is up slightly from last week, when it was 8.6 months.
