FLEX MLS Quick Guide and The Latest MLS Graphs from Kyle with First American Title

I hope you have had plenty of time to practice on flexmls! The new system goes fully live today. Please let me know if you have any questions or if your office would like an additional training or Q&A session. I have included a “FLEXMLS Quick Guide” that we at First American Title have created.  It is a brief walk through of the essentials.

 

I have also attached this week’s up-to-date MLS Inventory Graphs. As you can see, we currently have 9.2 months worth of inventory in Active Listings in MLS.  This is up slightly from last week when it was 9.1 months.

 

The Southeast Valley is currently carrying an inventory of 8.3 months. This is down from last week when it was 7.9 months.

 

Inventory Graph Announcement!!!!

Beginning next week, you will see a changed in the inventory graphs. The Southeast Valley Graph is being discontinued and replaced with a graph including individual numbers for Ahwatukee, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek and Mesa. This detailed information will be sent out monthly, as opposed to weekly.

 

Stability and Strength are important factors for you and your client in choosing a Title Company! When you write a contract this weekend, make sure and write FIRST AMERICAN TITLE on Line 91!
