The Latest MLS Graphs and FLEX MLS Class Reminder

Good afternoon,

 

I have attached this week’s up-to-date MLS Inventory Graphs. As you can see, we currently have 9.1 months worth of inventory in Active Listings in MLS.  This is down slightly from last week when it was 9.2 months.

 

The Southeast Valley is currently carrying an inventory of 7.9 months. This is the same as last week.

REMINDER FOR flexmls!!!!!!

The conversion date is fast approaching (July 28^th). Make sure that you and your team are ready. I am an approved trainer with ARMLS and I am available for one-on-one and group sessions to train you and your team and help ensure that you are up to speed when system goes live!
