A FLEXMLS Tip and Area to Grid Chart from Kyle with First American Title

Good Afternoon,

 

Here is a chart to help you search by the grids now that AREA is gone from FLEXMLS.  If you were searching mainly by AREA on TEMPO and are frustrated that it is no longer an option, try doing the following.

 

Go to Search>

Click on Quick Search>

Click on Residential>

Scroll down to Map Code/Grid>

Type in all of the grids found within your old area (ex. For Area 509 type Q40,Q41,R40,R41)

Click the Save button above List>

Under Search Name type in the area where the grids fall (ex. Area 509)

Click Finish.

 

Now every time you want to search by that area, go to your saved searches on the dashboard and open it.  Type the other criteria desired to complete your search and you will have an Area Search.
