A new estimated net sheet and a FLEX MLS tip from Kyle Rice with First American Title

Good Morning,

I have been hearing from several agents that they would like to have a buyer and seller net sheet that is a little easier to work with than what they have found on the new FLEXMLS system.  I have attached an estimated cost sheet that I hope you find useful and a little easier to work with.  I have also included our rate schedule so that you can calculate title and escrow fees.  Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would rather have a hard copy of this form.

FLEXLS Tip:

For the one line CMA that you may have used on TEMPO do the following:

Click on Search>

Go to Quick Search>

Enter criteria desired>

Select homes you would like displayed on your CMA>

Click on CMA (next to Print & Email to the top right)>

Click on Statistical CMA>

Now you have your one line CMA that includes feature codes and DOM.

Please give me a call or e-mail me with any questions.

Have a great day,

Kyle
