Our office recruited Joe Iuliucci who was Prudential's #1 agent nationally last year with 700+ closed transactions… most of which were REO. He has been working in the REO arena for the past 18 years and now his relationships are really paying off!!

 

My OP- Debbie Zois has partnered with Joe and Valerie and formed a REO Network that is open only to KW agents in the United States. It will provide education, training, monthly calls with top industry leaders, BPO and Client Lists, discounted software and designations, and the opportunity for future referral business. They are proud to be announce the kick off conference call this Wednesday, June 10^th at 10 pst. The featured speaker this month will be Frank Marshall with Default Resource (formerly with Premiere Asset Services).  The conference call will be 30 minutes in length and they will spend the latter 30 minutes discussing the 4REO network.  Next month, they have First American REO Servicing, August is Wells Fargo/PAS and September will be Countrywide/Bank of America. Additionally, they will be doing their BPO Valuation class this month.
